Refund Policy - We do not have a refund policy. You are responsible for making sure that CallRec runs properly on your device during the trial period, and that you are satisfied with its performance before you purchase it.
Updating program - To check which version is running on your Treo, press CallRec/About. To update your software, first uninstall old version from your phone. Download a new version from the Product page and install it.
Registration code - A registration code is emailed to you automatically when this software is purchased.
How do I get software? - You can download CallRec from the Products page. Only a registration code will be emailed to you after purchasing. This code has to be entered on the Registration Screen to continue using this software after the 7-day trial period.
While purchasing, I am asked to enter a HotSync ID? - Where do I look for the HotSync ID?The Registration Screen in CallRec displays your HotSync ID. This ID must be entered exactly as shown; otherwise the registration code will not work.
How do I install this product? - It is very easy. Transfer the installation .prc file to your phone and launch it there. After installation ends just launch CallRec.
